Overview
Savli Technology & Business Incubator (STBI) is the Nodal Organization for nurturing deep tech Start-Up in the State; under the administrative tutelage of DST-GoG, and well integrated in the National grid as a part of Network of BIRAC supported Bio-Incubators, DST-GoI supported TBIs, DPIIT-GoI supported Start-Up India Incubators, etc. STBI houses Scientific Infrastructure like Clean Rooms, Plant Tissue Culture Lab, Cell Culture Lab., Bio-Fabrication Facility, Common Instrumentation Labs., Fab. Lab., Design Studio, Mechanical Workshop etc., with much-needed Instrumentation, Laboratory Facilities, etc. and provides necessary mentoring and crucial linkages for finances, resources, commercialization, technologies, hand-holding, etc.
In addition to physical lab and scientific infrastructure, Savli Technology and Business Incubator also supports Innovators/ Start-Ups with various funding schemes like BIRAC SEED Fund, Start-Up India Seed fund, NIDHI-SSS, Gujarat Industrial Policy 2020, NIDHI-PRAYAS, and E-CBC. STBI also acts as a catalyst for funding schemes like DSIR-TOCIC-PRISM and BT Policy 21-27.
